　　工作原理working principle

　　塑料气动隔膜泵利用安装在共用轴上的双柔性隔膜，该轴在冲程中反复来回移动，将流体泵入和泵出泵的流体腔。这种运动会产生真空，通过进气口吸入流体。

　　随后通过压缩空气将隔膜反向推回原位时，流体就会通过出气口排出产品腔。当工作时，这一循环会重复进行，从而产生该设备所特有的泵送动作。

　　1.左侧隔膜被压向流体腔，从而使液体通过排放口顶部打开的阀门流出。与此同时，液体通过右侧隔膜被吸入右侧腔体。

　　2.在冲程结束时，位置颠倒，以相反的方向重复循环。

　　性能特点function

　　1.无死点：气阀阀芯上设计有辅助孔道，根本上避免了气阀死点现象的产生。
