High temperature one-part zirconia based adhesive. Perfect for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). Bonds and seals ceramics to ceramics in applications up to 3200°F (1760°C).
Ceramabond 885 exhibits a dielectric strength of 105 volts per mil, torque strength of 40 ft-lbs, and coefficient of thermal expansion of 4.0 in/in/°F.
The product must be step cured at 500°F (260°C) for 2 hours. Environmentally safe, non-flammable. Contains no volatile organic compounds.高温单组分氧化锆基粘合剂。适用于固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)。在高达3200°F(1760°C)的应用中，陶瓷之间的粘结和密封。
