High temperature one-part zirconia based adhesive. Perfect for gasketing, heaters and igniters. Bonds and seals ceramics to ceramics and ceramics to metals in applications up to 3000°F (1650°C).
Ceramabond? 685N exhibits a dielectric strength of 176 volts per mil, torque strength of 35 ft-lbs, and coefficient of thermal expansion of 4.5 in/in/°F.
The product must be step cured at 200°F (93°C) for 2 hours. Environmentally safe, non-flammable. Contains no volatile organic compounds. On the picture Ceramabond 685N bonds ceramic gasket to metal door.
