High temperature one-part silica adhesive. Perfect for porous ceramics and quartz tubes. Bonds and seals ceramics to ceramics and quartz structures in applications up to 3000°F (1649°C).
Ceramabond? 618N exhibits a dielectric strength of 156 volts per mil, torque strength of 77 ft-lbs, and coefficient of thermal expansion of 0.33 in/in/°F.
The product must be step cured at 200°F (93°C), 500°F (260°C), and 700°F (371°C) for 2 hours at each temperature. Environmentally safe, non-flammable. Contains no volatile organic compounds.
