Aremco-Bond? 614 is an advanced, two-part, electrically and thermally conductive adhesive that is formulated using a low-cost nickel flake filler. This system exhibits a volume resistivity of less than 0.025 ohm-cm at room temperature, and a thermal conductivity of 0.5 W/m-°K. The continuous operating temperature range is 360 °F (182 °C) and intermittent use temperature is 400 °F (205 °C). The tensile shear strength is 2,500 psi and Shore D hardness is 78.
