1、直线电机可以驱动的有效负载根据牛顿第二定律
F=ma,应用的力与质量和加速度成正比,因此只要克服摩擦力,很大的负载也 可以用很小的力推动,直线电机的推力由负载与加速度共同决定。如:电机的峰值力是400N,推动40Kg的负载横向移动时,加速度可以到10m/s2。
2、直线电机垂直安装时有效负载
垂直运动时,电机除了克服重力还要提供推力向上运动(F = mg+ma),在这种情况下,的负载由力除以重力加速度(9.8m/s2)决定。如果垂直力一直持续,的负载就是电机的持续力。如 果负载装有平衡装置(如弹簧),就可以推动更重的负载。
