　　PBA直线电机模组由直线电机、铝合金型材、滑块、动子、定子、光栅尺、霍尔传感器、直线导轨等组成，可以通过各个单元的组合实现负载的直线、曲线运动，使轻负载的自动化更加灵活、定位更加。

　　安装准备工作

　　1、直线电机模组前期准备工作，准备好所需零件：底座、直线电机、导轨、定子、动子、滑块等组装材料（动子和定子要做到相互见隔磁，避免相互吸引）；

　　2、平台底座上先组装好导轨滑块还有一部分定子，按照之前设计存留必要位置组装动子，注意要先把预留位置装上动子座固定在滑块上，在把动子固定在动子座上。

　　3、把动子座推到有动子的区域，再将定子安装上。

　　注意：拆卸的顺序是与上面步骤相反的。

　　PBA linear motor module is composed of linear motor, aluminum alloy profile, slider, mover, stator, grating ruler, Hall sensor and linear guide rail. It can realize the linear and curvilinear movement of load through the combination of various units, making the automation of light load more flexible and positioning more accurate.

　　Preparation for installation

　　1. Preliminary preparation of linear motor module, and prepare the required parts: base, linear motor, guide rail, stator, mover, slider and other assembly materials (mover and stator shall see and isolate magnetism from each other to avoid mutual attraction);

　　2. First assemble the guide rail slider and part of the stator on the platform base, and reserve the necessary position to assemble the mover according to the previous design. Pay attention to install the mover seat on the reserved position and fix it on the slider before fixing the mover on the mover seat.

　　3. Push the mover seat to the area with mover, and then install the stator.

　　Note: the disassembly sequence is the reverse of the above steps.
