  自电机轴开始出现磨损,至今已经有4台电机不同程度的存在轴承位磨损问题。在刚出现磨损时企业采用周圈打磨点的措施满足轴承的装配,随着运行的继续,磨损问题逐渐严重,之后,这些电机轴磨损的部位已经无法继续采用打麻点,企业改用垫铜片的方式继续运行,但垫铜片并不能确保其同心而产生振动,振动产生的冲击和轴承的碾压力使铜片破碎而进入轴承内阻塞轴承造成轴承运转不顺而升温烧毁,因此矿用吸水泵无法正常工作。

  要在短时间内完成电机轴维修的措施只能采用现场修复,所以企业采用了索雷碳纳米聚合物材料技术,该技术操作工艺灵活简单,施工方便快捷;可在线修复,避免长时间停机;装配部件修复后配合面积可以达到100%;修复费用低、修复时间短一般4-6小时完成修复。

  电机轴维修具体的操作步骤:

  1、清理轴承位修复部位的油污,然后用氧气乙炔将油迹碳化;

  2、空试工装,检查工装与轴的配合紧实度,同时观察工装是否闭合;

  3、 修复部位相邻部位做好保护,避免磨损其它部位;

  4、 用角磨机打磨轴承位,使之露出金属原色表面越粗糙越好 用无水乙醇清洗;

  5、 按照比例调和碳纳米聚合物材料,至无色差;

  6、工装内壁用无水乙醇清洗干净,将SD7000脱模剂擦涂表面,至均匀无遗漏;

  7、 迅速安装工装,至材料固化;取下工装,清除多余材料,检测修复后轴径尺寸;

  8、 将轴承加热,迅速安装轴承,完成修复。
