  大多数设备设计人员对以混合式步进电机为基础的直线电机十分熟悉。该产品已有多年历史,与其它设备一样有其自身的长处和局限性。设计简便、紧凑、无电刷(因此无火花)、惊人的机械优点、设计的实用性以及可靠性是它与生俱来的优点,然而在某些情况下,此直线电机不能用于某些设备,因为在没有日常维护的条件下它是不能保证其耐久性的。

  不过,目前有几种方法可以克服这样的障碍,使直线电机具有更高的耐久性且不用维护,由于步进电机的无电刷设计,产生磨损的部件是转子轴承以及由导螺杆/螺母组成的螺纹接合。滚珠轴承近年来的改进已经提供了适应直线运动的长寿命产品。最近导螺杆和螺母组合的寿命和耐用性也都有了改进。

  提高耐久性

  Most equipment designers are familiar with the linear motor based on hybrid stepping motor. The product has a history of many years and has its own advantages and limitations like other devices. Its inherent advantages are simple and compact design, no brush (so no spark), amazing mechanical advantages, practicability and reliability of design. However, in some cases, this linear motor can not be used in some equipment, because it can not guarantee its durability without daily maintenance.

  However, there are several ways to overcome such obstacles and make the linear motor have higher durability without maintenance. Due to the brushless design of the stepping motor, the only component causing wear is the rotor bearing and the threaded joint composed of guide screw / nut. The improvement of ball bearings in recent years has provided long-life products suitable for linear motion. Recently, the life and durability of the guide screw and nut combination have also been improved.

  Improve durability

  First of all, it is necessary to understand the basic structure of the motor. A better research example is size 17 motor, which belongs to the smaller size in the family of hybrid stepping motors.
