C0G (EIA code) 或者叫 NP0 (产业习惯称呼) 所用的材料一般收到温度影响比较小
(Negative-Positive zero),温度系数在0±30ppm/℃以內,电容值随频率和电压变
化小于±0.05%。正因为C0G/NP0 所用的电介质lose比较小,所以呢,多会用在滤波器,
时钟电路,还有晶振匹配电路中;高频特性较好,高可用到G bit级的电路中。但是这
类电容容值比有限,一般<10nF.
其它常用的一类电介质材料:P350, N1000/M3K.
X7R是在工业中被广泛采用的一种温度稳定型电容器,具有中等介电常数,电气性能较
稳定,在温度、电压等改变时,性能变化并不显著,适用于隔直、耦合、旁路与容量稳定
性要求不太高的鉴频电路。在使用温度(-55℃~+125℃)范围內容值变化率在±15%以內,
老化率为10年1%。X7R是一种强电介质,所以这种电容一般在100pF~2.2uF。
Y5V这种材料具有较高的介电常数,常用于生产比容较大的大容量電容器产品,可以用小
的尺寸做大容量的电容,但其容量稳定性较X7R差,容量、损耗对温度,电压等测试条件较
敏感。Y5V是一种普通用途的电容器,在使用溫度(-30~+85℃)范围內容值变化率较大,
+22/-82%以內,老化率为10年5%。容值范围 1000pF~10μF。
