　　储油柜设计出来的初衷就是：当变压器油热胀冷缩时，调节油箱内压力基本保持不变。想要完成这个任务很简单，只需要在油箱顶部做个开口漏斗就行了，热胀冷缩的时候，漏斗内油面上升或下降，从而保证油箱内正压或负压得到及时疏浚。但问题又来了，漏斗油面直接和空气接触显然不合适，空气和水分都会加速油质老化。那在漏斗上加个防雨罩呢？抱歉，也不行，满足不了密封等级，也保证不了变压器油的使用寿命。因此，储油柜还得满足第二个条件：起到隔离作用，防止空气和水分进入，延缓变压器油老化。

Therefore, the oil conservator must also meet the second condition: play an isolation role, prevent the entry of air and moisture, and delay the aging of transformer oil.
