　　酸碱池环氧树脂修补砂浆特点

　　1、具有抗渗、抗冻、耐盐、耐碱、耐弱酸腐蚀的性能，并与多种材料的粘结力很强。

　　环氧修补砂浆是一种以改性环氧树脂和环保型固化剂调和而成的一种膏状胶黏剂，环氧修补砂浆拥有良好的黏度和触变性，施工性能及其优越，可在立面、平面、斜面、顶部、混凝土拐角处等任何面上任意刮涂不留挂；适中的固化速度给施工操作提供了充足的操作时间；环氧修补砂浆的强度高、韧性好、耐腐蚀、耐冲刷、粘接好、防水抗渗性好等良好的机械性能保证了其可在任何复杂环境下使用，大大增加了基础面的使用寿命。

　　施工工艺

　　1、基面处理：对构件基础表面进行处理，清除基面上的浮尘、浆料或松动颗粒等，使要涂刮的表面露出新鲜骨料，施工面不能有油污或水。

　　2、表面清理：用砂纸或高压风清除表面沙粒、粉尘等附着物。视混凝土表面情况选择刮涂遍数。

　　3、砂浆的配制：要涂刮的基面处理好之后，将混料桶、搅拌工具、涂抹工具、称量工具等放好备用。本产品为双组分膏体，将AB组分按照重量比2:1称量好放入混料桶中，用电动搅拌5-8分钟，要求混合胶体整体颜色要一致，混合均匀后才能刮涂。

　　4、刮涂施工：将混合好的砂浆用涂抹工具均匀的刮涂的基面上，注意第二批刮的方向应和批方向相互垂直，其主要目的是修补砂浆面存在的细小孔隙，使整个基面变得平实。一般用高韧性刮刀批刮，涂刮厚度根据施工要求而定，起到修补粘接的作用。

　　施工注意事项

　　1.环氧修补砂浆要现配现用，施工中不宜多配，常温下（25℃）配胶以6公斤为宜，如果单次配胶过多可能导致胶液固化速度加快，造成不必要的浪费。如施工情况紧急需要大量配胶时请联系我厂技术人员解决。刘工

　　2.涂膜干燥时间视施工温度而定，一般重涂间隔时间为8~12h。涂膜未固化前不要接触水，否则影响粘接效果。

　　3.施工过程中要保持环境干燥通风，施工过程中佩戴手套操作，若胶液沾到皮肤上可用医用酒精擦拭后用肥皂水清洗即可。如果胶液不慎进入眼睛，请立即就已处理。

　　4.该产品为无毒环保型砂浆，按一般化学品运输。
