　　自2019年底以来，慕尼黑欧洲学校选用ABB AC500 PLC，用于控制该校暖通空调系统（HVAC）。PLC数据通过ABB Ability? Zenon运行数据管理系统进行管理和可视化处理，让该校拥有一个现代、面向未来的运行数据管理系统，可针对各项任务进行调整。

　　该校是一所涵盖幼儿园、小学和中学的学校，有近2200名学生，可用各个欧盟成员国的语言提供课程。2019年，该校对其建筑管理系统进行了，E1 Energiemanagement GmbH公司负责此次系统升级，采用ABB AC500 PLC和 ABB Ability? Zenon运行数据管理系统取代旧系统。

助力状态监测与数据可视化

　　目前，共有14套ABB AC500 PLC在该校作为终端机使用，用于为变频器提供数据输入、控制通风和空调系统的速度、修改和保存通风和空调系统的配置。此外，ABB AC500 PLC还用于读取变频器的数据。根据这些数据，可以计算风机的能耗，判断风机是否存在堵转。3500个数据点由ABB Ability? Zenon运行数据管理系统进行监测和控制。

　　该系统具有开放且可扩展的特性，能够以可靠的方式显示、评估、调整和报告相关建筑的暖通空调系统的性能。此外，该系统还可用作变频器、软启动器和PLC的物联网网关。它不仅可监测建筑的暖通空调系统是否可用，还可在出现故障时发送电子邮件提醒维修人员，确保可通过“现场状态监测”功能快速解决问题。

　　借助ABB的解决方案，可以通过中央处理器单独调节各个教室和办公室的温度。鉴于不再需要单独访问不同建筑的终端，大幅节约了时间。
