　　制造业发展迎来一轮政策红利。记者从多地监管部门和多家机构了解到，今年以来制造业余额同比增速较快，尤其是制造业中长期出现较大幅度增长。为更好服务制造业企业，有关部门持续开展扩大制造业中长期投放工作，通过加强项目申报环节的指导和服务、引导银行等机构加大项目对接力度、强化要素保障和配套服务、丰富产品供给等举措，制造业企业特别是民营制造业企业的相关支持和服务获得不断加码。

余额大幅增长

　　制造业是国民经济的主体，其价值链长、关联性强、带动力大，在现代化经济体系中具有和支撑作用。不久前召开的中央工作会议指出，“优化资金供给结构，把更多资源用于促进科技创新、先进制造、绿色发展和中小微企业”。

　　今年以来，尤其是下半年以来，多地制造业中长期出现较快增长。国家监督管理总局安徽监管局近日披露，截至10月末，该省制造业余额1.06万亿元，新增制造业2067亿元，较年初增长24.31%。制造业中长期余额5022亿元，较年初增加1470亿元，增速达41.41%。国家监督管理总局广东监管局披露数据显示，截至2023年9月末，辖内制造业余额2.61万亿元，同比增长20.81%，高于各项平均增速9.49个百分点；制造业中长期同比增长34.14%，制造业信用比年初大幅增长34.25%，结构持续优化。

　　记者从多家机构也了解到，制造业中长期较年初出现较大幅度增长。截至10月底，工商银行制造业余额突破3.7万亿元，增速超20%，其中制造业中长期余额1.8万亿元，增速39%；光大银行10月末制造业余额4662亿元，较年初增加726亿元，增速18.46%；截至9月末，广发银行制造业中长期余额991.5亿元，较年初增长316.6亿元，增幅达46.9%。

　　“在工信部认定的制造业单项企业中，截至10月末，我行已和近半企业开展合作，其中提供授信300余户，对公余额超200亿元，较年初增长20%。”光大银行有关部门负责人表示，光大银行今年以来不断完善和提升服务先进制造业、战略性新兴产业的支持力度，提供专项额度、差异化拨备优惠、FTP考核优惠，出台先进制造业扩大优惠幅度等一系列支持政策，同时，通过多项政策优先支持制造业需求，推动加快投放，降低成本。
