　　时间敏感网络（TSN）因其高精度、低延迟和高可靠性的特点，受到了对网络要求较高的工业控制领域的关注，短短几年就从一项正在开发中的技术变成了控制系统必不可少的技术。随着时间敏感网络从理论研究阶段逐渐延展到实体产业应用，TSN技术在工业界的重要性正显著上升。

　　推动TSN技术落地应用，助力中国制造业加速迈向数智化。2023年8月24日，由中华工控网与博闻创意会展（深圳）有限公司联合主办的TSN与工业数智化技术在深圳会展中心（福田）顺利举行。在会议上，施耐德电气、东土科技、华为、ADI、灿态信息的企业代表分别做了精彩分享。同期还有2023年ELEXCON深圳国际电子展暨嵌入式系统展等四大展会，500+展商登场，展示全球产业动态及未来技术趋势。

　　作为全球能源管理及自动化领域的数字化转型专家，施耐德电气在能源、基础设施、工业控制、楼宇自动化、数据中心与网络等市场，皆处地位。施耐德电气工业通讯标准经理公彦杰通过工业用户痛点、TSN介绍、TSN为工业网络带来的价值、TSN工业应用演进路径四个方面，全方面阐述了TSN工业应用价值分析及实施路径展望。他表示，在产品方面，TSN易用性有待提升，TSN终端设备有时仍需型号的TSN交换机；在标准化方面，IEEE TSN规范已经成熟, IEC/IEEE 60802标准预计2025年发布；在生态方面，TSN应用价值逐渐显现，TIACC组织将保障“xxx over TSN”端侧设备的二层互操作；在芯片方面，第二批TSN产品名录已经包含多个国内厂家的TSN芯片、CNC通用控制器，最终在现有以太网芯片成本相近的情况下，将会实现TSN功能支持。

　　东土科技是全球工业互联网技术创新者，致力于推动工业互联网在通信协议、工业APP软件承载平台以及控制硬件平台三个层面的技术统一。东土科技解决方案总监朱莹分享了端到端时间敏感网络解决方案及应用，并着重介绍了东土科技国内自主设计的首颗TSN芯片——KD6530自主可控TSN芯片。从KD6530的功能架构、TSN特性、内置CPU、可靠性、测试认证等方面入手，朱莹阐述了TSN端到端解决方案、TSN终端解决方案、TSN网关解决方案，充分彰显国内企业TSN发展的创新成果。

　　IT和OT是两种不同的技术领域，它们分别代表了信息技术和运营技术。时间敏感网络TSN技术的发展和引入，为加速实现IT和OT的融合奠定了基础。华为高级工程师陈李昊面向开放架构的IT/OT融合网络，进行了技术分享。他抓住传统架构无法适应新型数智应用和远程集控需求这一痛点，展示了IT/OT融合网络的优越性，并针对TSN的六个问题，包括TSN的核心任务、TSN定义的排队调度机制、时间门控的调度等，回答了他的独到见解。

　　ADI是全球的半导体公司，致力于在现实世界与数字世界之间架起桥梁，以实现智能边缘领域的突破性创新。ADI工业自动化应用工程师经理于克泳分享了ADI在工业互联网的TSN Switch解决方案，介绍了下一代TSN Switch产品ADIN6310和ADIN3310、系统配置和软件驱动程序，并进行了现场演示。值得一提的是，这是ADIN6310和ADIN3310的国内公开亮相。

　　目前，在全球132家“灯塔工厂”中，中国以50席领跑，数量位居全球首位。在“落实小灯塔，实现制造业生产数字化系统闭环”的演讲中，灿态科技总经理宋勇华从数字化转型的时代背景出发，展示了宋勇华携富士康八勇士建设灯塔工厂的经验。他提到，灯塔规划有三条主线：精益化、自动化和数字化，从这三条主线切入，将朝着无人化智能化灯塔工厂发展，逐步实现数字孪生、虚实结合、高度匹配、模拟仿真、预知预警。此外，宋勇华还分享了灿态科技生产数字化MES、物料数字化WMS、物流数字化MCS、蜂巢标准采input、鹰眼云看板随心output五个模块和四家公司的调研结果。灿态科技将用小灯塔星星之火，点亮制造业数字经济发展。

　　TSN是一个不断发展的技术族，其中包含多种多样的技术，以应对在不同场景、不同需求下构建解决方案。本次为推动TSN技术在工业领域的广泛应用和创新发展，提供了有力的支持和启示，也为企业和听众搭建了一个展示和交流TSN技术的沟通桥梁。
