　　湖南中伟新能源科技有限公司是一家锂电池正极材料前驱体综合服务商，该公司围绕重点动力类电池厂商和消费类电池厂商进行产业链布局。“今年上半年，中伟三元前驱体出口市场份额由2022年的26.6%提升到27.1%。”中伟股份集团资本中心副总经理周文星在接受经济日报记者采访时表示，在海外，公司已建有印尼原料基地，目前正启动规划国际化产业基地。

　　据了解，随着新能源汽车市场的发展，动力电池材料行业正吸引大量新企业加入，行业竞争日益激烈，公司业务规模增长的同时，需求也日益增加。光大银行长沙分行公司部/战略客户部总经理章强表示，中伟股份希望通过股权、银行、留存收益、等方式推动产业投资及资产结构平衡，光大银行将为客户提供个性化的解决方案和定制化的服务，结合线上、线下产品促进公司做大做优做强。

　　光大银行长沙分行行长助理周静告诉记者，对于制造业企业，光大银行长沙分行实施了一系列支持举措：一是重点支持湖南省4个国家先进制造业产业集群和特色产业；二是落实定价优惠，积极推进“红星计划”。对制造业等重点实体经济领域的客户进行赋星，根据赋星给予不同程度的FTP减点优惠，并同步匹配优先审批、优先投放等绿色通道政策。三是建立“一事一议”机制。对重点项目和重点客户，明确专人协调推进、运用好风险前置预审、安排审批绿色通道、扩大定价授权等总分行支持政策等。

　　企业在发展的不同阶段，对的需求也不相同，机构在服务制造业过程中，还需要提高服务的适配度。中国银行研究院日前发布的研究报告提到，我国拥有广大市场和良好制造业基础，近年来制造业转型升级加快，产业结构不断优化。在推动制造业转型发展过程中技术创新是关键，要重视传统制造业的重要价值，适应制造业转型需求变化完善人才培养模式，完善产业政策实施方式，发挥国内大市场作用巩固制造业产业链基础和优势，提高服务模式与制造业转型发展需求的适配性。
