　　近日，广东省人民办公厅印发《广东省降低制造业成本推动制造业高质量发展若干措施》，大力推动降低制造业企业成本。广州市管理部门已出台《关于支持广州市制造业高质量发展的指导意见》，进一步明确服务制造业重点领域——聚焦服务广州新一代信息技术、智能与新能源汽车、生物医药与健康等3大新兴支柱产业，以及智能装备与机器人、轨道交通、新能源与节能环保、新材料与精细化工、数字创意等5大新兴优势产业和未来前沿产业等。

　　11月9日，在人民银行江苏省分行联合江苏省工信厅共同举办的赋能制造业绿色低碳发展推进会上，《江苏省支持制造业绿色转型发展行动方案》发布。《方案》明确，未来5年，江苏省机构将提供不低于5000亿元的新增支持制造业绿色转型发展，并将单列500亿元再再贴现额度，专项引导机构加大对民营小微制造业企业绿色转型的支持力度。

　　国家监督管理总局安徽监管局有关负责人表示，安徽监管局积极加强政策，推动辖内银行机构把服务制造业发展作为改革转型着力点，先后出台支持先进制造业高质量发展指导意见，制定服务制造业高质量发展评价办法，全面提升服务制造业高质量发展质效。

　　推动机构加大对制造业支持已成为工作重点。统计数据显示，今年以来制造业结构持续优化。截至三季度末，制造业余额同比增长17.18%，其中，制造业中长期余额增长34.43%，有力推动了制造业投资实现较快增长；同时，制造业中长期占制造业比重达49%，比去年底提高3.9个百分点，结构进一步优化。
