　　现代化生产车间中的物流十分复杂，产品日益个性化、组件愈发多样化、需求地点繁多且距离遥远。想要提升物料运输的灵活性和透明度，离不开自主移动机器人的协助。凭借ACTIVE Shuttle（AMR），博世力士乐在工厂内部物流领域树立了新的标杆。焕新升级后的这款产品充电更快，续航更持久，可稳健、高效、全自动地运输重达260公斤的货物。借助ACTIVE Shuttle管理系统（AMS）或者通过VDA 5050由现有车队管理系统进行透明管控，全面提升自由度。

　　ACTIVE Shuttle能以高度灵活且安全的方式运输载有600x400mm或者400x300mm料箱 (KLT) 的精益小车。得益于稳健可靠的激光导航和3D障碍物检测，ACTIVE Shuttle可以在工厂内自由移动，无需调整工厂现有的基础设施，即可实现物料和货物流动的自动化。

　　用户只需将运输任务通过 AMS 或者第三方调度系统分配给空闲的ACTIVE Shuttle，它们就会移动到目的地并自动执行取料和卸料任务。如此便可实现价值流中不同站点之间的物流，减少手动搬运，实现全自动物料运输。

　　全新升级的ACTIVE Shuttle更加高效，得益于新的电池和充电概念，充电/运行时间得到了大幅度提升，同时也符合别的电池性能等级PL c。

　　在安全方面，除了激光扫描仪外，立体相机还会以3D方式捕捉空间，这意味着凸出到路径中的物体也可以被ACTIVE Shuttle检测到，并能安全避障。集成的触摸屏显示器增加了透明度，并能够直接在移动机器人上进行快速故障排除。
