　　随着全球对气候保护和非化石燃料转型的迫切需求，工业界正处于不断变化之中。为应对这一挑战，近日，德国传感器解决方案提供商SICK和瑞士测量解决方案专家Endress+Hauser（E+H）宣布签署了一份联合谅解备忘录，在"清洁工业"领域建立战略合作伙伴关系。这一举措将为过程自动化领域带来创新，同时有助于支持客户实现可持续发展目标。

　　全球经济不断朝着碳中和的方向发展，越来越多的企业正寻求减少能源和资源消耗，逐渐过渡到非化石燃料和资源，这需要新技术和解决方案，尤其是在过程自动化领域，这一转变离不开智能传感器和系统来监测和控制新工艺技术。两家公司都看到了共同为面向未来的电力供应做出贡献的良机，同时也帮助整个价值链中的过程工业客户实现其可持续发展目标。

　　为了在不断变化的过程自动化市场环境中保持竞争力，SICK和E+H决定开辟新的合作途径。为此，两家共同签署了联合谅解备忘录，计划在过程自动化领域建立一家合资公司。

　　根据计划，双方将各持有合资公司一半的股份，并各派出一半的高级管理人员。E+H将提供资金支持、分享其技术专长，并扩展全球销售渠道。与此同时，SICK将贡献其清洁工业业务集群的产品生产部门，其中包括遍布德国的多个研发和生产基地。全球SICK销售和服务部门，特别是在清洁工业领域的销售和服务人员，将被转移到E+H的销售中心。双方计划在2024年季度结束前对相关业务领域进行全面审查，并正式签署整合及关联交易合同，交割计划定于2024年中期完成。

　　这一合资计划将带来市场和产品组合的协同效应，为业界提供新的解决方案，增加成功的机会。在过程自动化领域，SICK和E+H的产品和解决方案组合互补，并在各自的应用领域处于地位。

　　在其清洁工业业务中，SICK开发、制造和销售分析仪应用，例如用于传统燃料的排放监测。此外，SICK的超声波流量计已经为天然气/混合物提供可靠的测量，促进了向非化石燃料的过渡。而E+H通过其产品、解决方案和服务，积极支持全球过程工业客户的可持续转型，为能源和资源效率、能源转型和循环经济做出贡献。

　　这次战略合作伙伴关系将为两家公司提供过程自动化领域的新机会，包括市场的技术创新、全球客户以及成功的能源转型。SICK执行董事会Mats G?kstorp博士表示：“通过这一战略合作伙伴关系，E+H和SICK将开辟新的机会。这一合作的动力源自工业的逐步脱碳，带来了不断变化的过程自动化市场环境。通过合作，我们可以更好地利用这些机会，为客户提供解决方案，并与他们共同发展。我们之间多年来的合作、相似的家族企业文化以及对技术和人才的共同热爱是关键的推动力。而过往与E+H成功的合作项目充分表明，我们之间合作良好。”
