　　据中国工信部数据显示，2023年，中国制造业总体规模连续14年位居全球。同时，行业向“新”而行，在加速发展的数字化技术加持下，产业结构持续优化，并不断向化、智能化、绿色化迈进。在这一过程中，越来越多产业链上下游企业开始聚焦如何锚定前行目标，寻求破局之道。在2024 CAIMRS主上，罗克韦尔自动化（中国）有限公司总裁石安发表“拨云见日，柔性化定制开启新蓝海”主题演讲，指出制造业企业在面对市场中日趋重要的个性化因素时，应注重实现柔性生产与柔性管理的深度融合。企业不仅应在需求端依托人工智能、大数据等科学技术洞悉消费者深度需求，也要在供给端通过柔性制造实现自身智能化、个性化及定制化升级，以快速响应市场需求并盘活已有资产，进而实现供需两端融合对接，打通与消费者间的壁垒。柔性化升级将有效推动企业从传统“以产定销”“同质化”的大规模生产制造模式向“需求驱动”“多品相、敏捷”的定制化生产新模式转型，并带动产业链的柔性化发展，最终以全产业模式的性创新开拓蓝海新机遇。

　　技术演进为智能柔性化的实现奠定基础。罗克韦尔始终注重产品的创新升级与实践应用，为客户实现自动化与数字化转型提供强劲引擎，并已收获广泛认可。在大会当晚举办的第二十二届自动化及数字化年度评选颁奖典礼上，罗克韦尔推出的PowerFlex 755TS变频器作为采用TotalFORCE技术的六脉冲变频器，获得“自动化创新奖——驱动与执行类”殊荣。此外，新一代FactoryTalk® Optix?可视化平台荣获“自动化创新奖——控制类”。该款解决方案可改进开发流程、效率和交付成果，将HMI开发协作、灵活部署、可扩展性和互操作性提升到新水平。
