　　安森美 (onsemi)（纳斯达克代码：ON）宣布成立模拟与混合信号事业部（AMG），并由新任命的事业部总裁Sudhir Gopalswamy领导。该事业部将专注于扩大安森美行业的电源管理和传感器接口产品组合，解锁价值193亿美元的新增市场，并加速公司在汽车、工业和云端市场的增长。

　　此外，Simon Keeton晋升为电源方案事业部（PSG）的总裁。在他的领导下，电源方案事业部去年总收入超过40亿美元，并且加速推进了碳化硅 (SiC) 业务，在2023年实现了超过8亿美元的营收。

　　安森美总裁兼执行官Hassane El-Khoury表示: “集团架构的调整建立在我们提供高度差异化，及专注于满足客户需求的优化方案上。凭借Simon和Sudhir在行业的知识和经验佳绩，我们正为智能电源和感知技术的进一步增长和领导地位奠定基础。”

　　模拟与混合信号事业部专注于开发一系列电源管理IC和高精度、低功耗的传感器接口及通信产品。这将使安森美成为能够提供全套、高效的电源方案的供应商，进一步拓展产品组合，包含栅极驱动器、DC-DC转换器、多相控制器、电子丝等产品。该事业部将继续稳固安森美在汽车和工业领域的传感器接口和通信解决方案的领导地位，包括电感式、超声波和医疗传感器，以及单对以太网和低功耗蓝牙（蓝牙LE）等方案。

　　模拟与混合信号事业部合并了之前的先进方案部（ASG）和隶属于电源方案部的集成电路分部（ICD）。Gopalswamy将同时领导模拟与混合信号事业部和智能感知事业部（ISG），这两个部门去年共为公司创造了近40亿美元的营收。

　　这一战略举措将会巩固安森美的行业地位，并通过提供模拟和混合信号技术来强化各项架构，实现更先进的功能、更高的性能和更快的上市时间，为客户提升更多系统价值。

　　安森美将基于重组后的部门架构发布的2024年季度财报，并提供对比历史数据。
