　　近日，工业和信息化部（工信部）“2023年度绿色制造名单”公布，西门子四家工厂成功获评绿色工厂，西门子绿色工厂数量增至11家。此次新增的四家工厂分别是西门子电气传动有限公司、西门子制造工程中心有限公司、西门子交通电气设备（上海）有限公司和西门子信号有限公司。同时，西门子中压开关技术（无锡）有限公司和上海西门子开关有限公司也入选此次公布的“绿色供应链管理企业名单”。

　　绿色工厂代表着其在用地集约化、生产洁净化、废物资源化、能源低碳化等方面均达到水平，是绿色制造企业的先锋示范。此次西门子入选的四家绿色工厂，始终致力于推行升级车间照明节能系统、建设大功率变频器测试平台电能回馈系统、循环利用包装材料等各种节能增效解决方案。同时，这些工厂还积极建设符合LEED 绿色建筑认证标准的厂房 、使用分布式屋顶光伏，并应用绿色低碳相关的先进技术和方案，包括西门子自有的SiGREEN碳足迹可信精算与追溯解决方案，以及智慧能源管理平台等，最终在基础设施、管理体系、能源资源投入、产品、环境排放和绩效六个维度取得显著的节能增效减排降碳效果。

　　绿色供应链管理示范企业则需要建立以资源节约、环境友好为导向的采购、生产、营销、回收及物流体系，推动上下游企业共同提升资源利用效率，改善环境绩效，达到资源利用高效化、环境影响最小化，以及链上企业绿色化的目标。此次西门子两家工厂入选“绿色供应链管理企业名单”，表明工厂在这些维度已发挥作用。西门子中压开关技术（无锡）有限公司采用“SCM STAR”数字化平台管理供应商碳排放，通过核心产品生命周期评价、环境产品声明、温室气体核查等项目打造绿色产品，同时采用分布式屋顶光伏、高效气体回收装置来提升工厂绿色属性，并发挥产业链主导作用，助力全产业链的净零排放。上海西门子开关有限公司开展中压开关产品生产及物流智能化创新综合应用，实现制造全过程的数字化升级，不断优化用能结构，提升绿色能源占比，并通过数字化可持续采购平台与上下游企业协同推进节能降碳。

　　西门子此前宣布将至2030年投资6.5亿欧元用于自身运营去碳化，并承诺至2030年实现自身运营碳中和。西门子不久前刚刚发布的《2023财年可持续发展报告》显示，自2019财年以来，西门子已将自身运营中产生的二氧化碳排放量减少达50%。西门子90%以上的业务为客户可持续发展带来积极影响：西门子2023财年内销售的西门子产品和解决方案帮助客户实现 “避免排放”（Avoided Emissions）约1.9亿吨的二氧化碳，比上一财年提升约24%，相当于西门子在自身运营和供应链中产生的二氧化碳排放量的16倍。另外，2021年9月，西门子在中国正式启动“零碳先锋计划”，致力于在自身运营、供应链管理和客户赋能三大领域全力推动减碳进程，目前也已取得显著成效。
