　　近日，埃斯顿自动化通过了Intertek的严格测试与审核，成功获得首张工业六轴关节机器人cETLus证书，开启迈向国际化战略的新阶段。授证仪式于3月1日在南京埃斯顿隆重举行，埃斯顿副总裁殷成钢、机器人产品线总经理吕健与Intertek大中华区副总裁汤曦冉、电子电气华东北区总经理金志斌等双方代表出席发证仪式。

　　此次获得Intertek 北美认证的产品，是埃斯顿为市场打造的工业六轴关节机器人，主要用于工业自动化产线，该产品通过严格测试，成功满足北美ANSI/UL 1740，CAN/CSA Z434的标准要求。

高品质及全球服务体系，加快国际化布局

　　埃斯顿积极布局全球产业链，与合作伙伴携手，打造成长型合作生态圈，实现全球化的服务与支持。埃斯顿目前在全球拥有75个服务网点，拥有CE、UL等符合国际标准的安全认证，其中有52款覆盖3~700kg的工业机器人符合CE认证，在东南亚，欧洲，北美等国家和地区投入使用。

　　埃斯顿持续进行研发投入，以南京为研发中心，整合德国、英国、美国等全球研发资源，组建了一只以国际行业专家、江苏省双创人才、海外留学高层次人才、国家人才等为主的高层次研发团队，具有健全的研发组织管理体系，形成了自动化创新团队、高工技术团队和专家学术团队三大人才梯队，肩负起埃斯顿自动化产品研发、信息化工艺改造等一系列重要研发任务。

　　南京埃斯顿可靠性测试中心下设9个实验室，5个测试团队，30个测试方向，上百台测试设备和仪器，数千条的测试方法和用例，对产品的问题进行全面的拦截。实验室引进了EMC电波暗室、罗德施瓦茨EMC测试设备、三综合测试设备、步入式低气压测试箱、步入式砂尘试验箱、淋雨实验室设备、徕卡激光跟踪仪、国际一流电机性能测试平台、编码器精度测试平台等测试设备，有效提高研发质量和产品可靠性。

　　近年来，埃斯顿在海外的标杆性应用案例不断增多，机器人、运动控制等自动化设备在东南亚、欧洲、北美等地区成熟应用于光伏、锂电、焊接、折弯等行业。
