日前,威世科技Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.(NYSE 股市代号:VSH)宣布,推出新型80 V对称双通道n沟道功率MOSFET---SiZF4800LDT,将高边和低边TrenchFET® Gen IV MOSFET组合在3.3 mm x 3.3 mm PowerPAIR® 3x3FS单体封装中。Vishay Siliconix SiZF4800LDT适用于工业和通信应用功率转换,在提高功率密度和能效的同时,增强热性能,减少元器件数量并简化设计。
日前发布的双通道MOSFET可用来取代两个PowerPAK 1212封装分立器件,节省50%基板空间。器件为设计人员提供节省空间的解决方案,用于同步降压转换器、负载点(POL)转换器、DC/DC转换器半桥和全桥功率级,适用领域包括无线电基站、工业电机驱动、焊接设备和电动工具。这些应用中,SiZF4800LDT高低边MOSFET提供50%占空比优化组合,同时4.5 V下逻辑电平导通简化电路驱动。
为提高功率密度,该MOSFET 在4.5 V条件下导通电阻典型值降至18.5 m?,达到业内先进水平。比相同封装尺寸最接近的竞品器件低16 %。SiZF4800LDT低导通电阻与栅极电荷乘积,即MOSFET功率转换应用重要优值系数(FOM)为 131m?*nC,导通电阻与栅极电荷乘积提高了高频开关应用的效率。
器件采用倒装芯片技术增强散热能力,热阻比竞品MOSFET低54 %。SiZF4800LDT导通电阻和热阻低,连续漏电流达36 A,比接近的竞品器件高38 %。 MOSFET独特的引脚配置有助于简化PCB布局,支持缩短开关回路,从而减小寄生电感。SiZF4800LDT经过100% Rg和UIS测试,符合RoHS标准,无卤素。
