Halocarbon 28 grease润滑脂

　　Halocarbon 28LT润滑脂是一种NLGI＃2润滑脂，采用由轻分子量的三氟聚合物（PCTFE）组成的油配制而成。 该惰性油是通过受控的聚合过程制得的，然后经过稳定处理，使其具有一些非常独特的性能。 这种油是安全的，化学惰性的，不易燃的，并且与氧气和兼容。 它具有良好的润滑性，高的热稳定性和低的可压缩性。Halocarbon 28LT Grease is an NLGI #2 grease formulated with an oil composed of light molecular weight polymer of chlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE). This inert oil is manufactured by a controlled polymerization process and then is stabilized to give it some very unique properties. This oil is safe, chemically inert, nonflammable, and is oxygen and chlorine compatible. It has good lubricity, high thermal stability, and low compressibility.

　　The thickener used in this grease is a very fine silica powder. Silica is a commonly requested grease thickener but its chemical stability is more limited than the PCTFE oil. Silica-thickened greases can be prone to attack by chemicals active toward silica, such as alkalis, hydrofluoric acid and fluorinating agents. Compatibility of silica-thickened greases should be confirmed before being used in applications in contact with these chemicals. Please see the SDS for more details.
