zhs-50香水灌装锁盖机

该机具有螺杆自动进瓶，瓶自动检测（有瓶灌装，无瓶不灌装，有瓶落外盖，无瓶不落外盖），自动灌装，自动落外盖，自动压盖等功能。
机器运行原理：
1将待灌装的瓶先放入理瓶转盘中，经过理瓶转盘的作用瓶子按次序进入输送带。
2瓶子通过输送带进入灌装主机。
3瓶检测传感器检测该工位是否有瓶存在，检测信号送入内部控制系统用于控制有瓶灌装、无瓶不灌装。
4前面如果检测到有瓶，开始灌装。这里分为两次灌装。
5灌装完成的瓶又通过工作转盘进入下一级落外盖装置。
6落好盖的瓶子进入封口工位进行封口操作。
7后封好口的瓶子由拨瓶杆拨出送入到输送带上。
