仓壁振动器使用和维护

1、防闭塞装置一般焊接在料仓下部起至仓高1/3--1/4处。
? ??2、若非钢制料仓或有加强筋不易振动的料仓，应在仓内铺设振动板，将防闭塞装置焊接在振动板上，并一起坚固在料仓上。
? ??3、每月对电机轴承进行保养，补充润滑脂；定期清除机壳外积尘，改善散热条件，但不能用水冲洗。
? ??4、定期检查绝缘电阻，坚固地脚螺栓，及时消除隐患。
