刻线式衍射光栅
衍射光栅可将复色光（白光）分离成各种组分（通过衍射效应）。各种光栅是由高精度的母光栅进行多次复制而成。光栅复制过程见如下描述。
高品质仪器的光栅可近乎满足所有的衍射需求，特别是在效率要求比较高的时候。可以根据尺寸，纹槽间距以及闪耀波长来选择光栅。理论分辨率与母光栅的每毫米槽纹数成比例，闪耀角和光栅间距决定了特种波长和光谱区域的大效率。
