　　在数字化方面，该LNG罐箱智能产线的总体设计、工艺流程及布局均建立了数字化模型并进行模拟仿真，有效实现规划布局、生产排产、库存管理、质量检验、监控追溯等运营全流程的数字化管理。通过零部件转运、组装、焊接、喷涂等工艺环节全自动化操作，能够有效采集设备数据、监控设备运行状态，实现机器人、智能传感器、智能物流之间的信息互联互通，制造装备的数控化率超过80%。 在智能化方面，LNG罐箱智能产线建立了智能统一的应用中台系统，实现制造过程与制造执行系统（MES）、企业资源计划系统（ERP）之间的信息互联互通，实现生产制造的全智能化管控。同时，通过建设工业信息安全管理制度和技术防护体系，产线具备有效的网络防护、应急响应等信息安全保障能力。 3、技术突破 由于该产线是LNG罐箱制造领域由传统“人工+专机”生产模式向现代化智能制造模式转型的开创性尝试，国内外没有可供参考的经验，新松团队“摸着石头过河”，克服了大量因工艺式变革带来的全新挑战。
