　　针对零碳、低碳、绿色的产品、技术及工业应用领域上的创新研发，西门子能源在这条可持续发展道路上已经前行了十多年。 根据国际能源署数据，能源工业领域的能源使用约占全球用量的37%，二氧化碳的排放量也占据了不小的比例。随着中国加速推进“双碳”目标，在第四届进博会期间，作为全球的能源技术公司之一，西门子能源带来了诸多面向能源工业应用领域上的低碳、减碳解决方案及产品。 西门子能源有限公司执行副总裁、能源工业应用集团大中华区总经理张天贵表示，在碳中和背景之下，在西门子能源全球总部，能源工业应用集团已专门成立可持续发展部门，目标是让能源体系变得更加可持续性。 在向低碳转型的过程中，需要一系列成熟的和新兴的技术。西门子能源通过提供功能强大的R-EAD_--动设备产品组合、以及电气化、自动化和数字化解决方案，助力中国油气与相关流程工业企业实现节能减排，转向绿色发展。 进博会亮点 在今年进博会上，西门子能源加入设立的“能源低碳及环保技术专区”，通过增强虚拟现实的互动技术，围绕五个主题：“面向未来的发电”、“环保的输电”、“去碳化的能源工业应用”、“氢能，开启无碳未来”和“风行未来”，全面呈现了完整能源产业价值链中低碳技术与产品。具体到能源工业应用领域，重点则在于要在油气与流程工业企业关键工艺及其能源系统中，利用全新的节能减排产品和技术及新能源。 西门子能源工业应用领域包括两大内容，一是以转动设备为主的产品，二是工业应用领域的整体解决方案。其中，产品端以中小型燃气轮机、压缩机组为主，面向石油化工炼化、船舶、造纸及海上油气开采平台等。工业应用领域的整体解决方案则是完整覆盖了石油、天然气等行业的上游、中游及下游全产业链。 张天贵介绍称，在油气存储和输运管线行业，西门子能源能够提供相应的解决方案，以帮助企业提高经济效益、减少二氧化碳排放。“与清洁能源相关的，比如说，压缩空气储能技术，可以结合风能和太阳能等可再生能源，利用压缩空气储能的大功率电能存储能力，克服可再生能源不稳定发电的缺点，实现可再生能源的稳定出力，更好的帮助电网调峰调频，，是我们能源工业应用的亮点之一。” 在产品端，“我们在进博会上展出的转动设备，在原有的压缩机机型上进行了技术创新，以更好地提升能效、降低功率要求。能效的提升，意味着以后压缩机驱动端的耗能就减少了，这从碳足迹的角度来说，就是实现了减碳的作用。”张天贵表示。 “比如说，我们的目标是要提升2~3个百分点的能效。举个例子，通常一个中型的乙烯压缩机组，一年耗电费用就会达到上亿元，提高2~3个百分点的能效，就意味着节约上百万的电费。”张天贵表示，这不仅能降低电费成本、提高经济效益，也能节省能源，达到减排目的。 除了全新的转动设备以外，现场还有一款名为BlueDrivePlusC的解决方案，即专门应用于船舶和海上工程船的直流电站电力推进系统，其最重要特点在于大大提高了海上船舶传统柴油发电系统的综合效率。这个全新产品能够提高30%的用电效率，也就意味着减少了30%的柴油浪费，相当于减少了30%的二氧化碳排放。 对于在原油和天然气应用过程中通常会遇到一些难点，张天贵表示，以炼化厂的火炬气为例，火炬气无论是在装置开停车、事故等阶段都需要燃烧，无法避免二氧化碳及氮氧化合物等排放，既污染环境也是一种能源浪费。 为此，西门子能源在探索一些全新的解决方案，比如，一方面，通过LNGo技术，在前端处理时将这些气体液化成液化天然气，而不再按传统方式将气体燃烧掉；另一方面，也可以把这些气体作为燃料，输送到西门子燃气轮机装置来燃烧发电，并进一步回收燃烧尾气余热形成联合循环。此外，西门子研发了一个全新的Echogen解决方案，即利用超临界二氧化碳循环回收燃烧排放出来的尾气中的废热余热，用它们发电，这对石化企业低碳减排而言，是一个全新的手段。 对于现有工业领域各种现有装置的去碳化，西门子能源能够通过对现有动设备进行新技术改造和升级来实现，例如，通过全新的转动部件提高蒸汽轮机的能效，减少对一次能源尤其是燃煤需求。“‘R-EAD’是我们的一个重要技术路线，通过整体的电气化自动化及数字化的整体解决方案，结合动设备一起改善能效，加强运营效率。”张天贵表示。 此外，新能源尤其是绿氢解决方案的应用也在加速落地，张天贵表示，“我们也和客户在探讨，如何将石油化工领域当前应用的灰氢向着蓝氢等减排方向发展过渡，减少碳足迹的产生，西门子能源拥有高效的绿氢技术，未来我们肯定也会在绿氢解决方案上和油气客户展开合作应用。”

In the United States alone, medium- and heavy-duty trucks account for approximately 25 percent of the total greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector.1
