　　当前，工业互联网处于加速发展阶段，但作为工业互联网发展中枢的平台，普遍存在认可度不高、覆盖面不广、带动力不强问题，且软硬件存短板导致关键技术受制于人，标准化缺乏导致协议不互通、系统不兼容，致使多数平台赋能企业的能力不足。 平台服务企业能力弱建平台意愿低 工业互联网平台是赋能产业发展的核心，平台在哪里，数据资源就在哪里，未来发展的主动权就在哪里。但就目前发展情况看，多数平台的覆盖面不广、带动力不强。 工业互联网平台建设必须依靠掌握行业知识图谱、工业机理模型、企业生产工艺的信息化人才，而这些人才主要集中在工业。因此，加快平台建设必须由牵头带动。但目前工业建平台的意愿不强，多数平台尚未探索出可行的市场化盈利模式。 据了解，平台建设需要投入较大的人力和资金成本，部分行业还需要停产改造，目前多数工业企业利润率在5%-10%，资金压力普遍较大，导致建平台积极性不高，“不愿建”问题比较突出。 从平台服务商角度来看，当前仍处于高研发投入、长周期回报的产业培育期；从B端用户角度来看，千企千面，定制化方案服务成本资金需求非常高，试错风险超出很多企业的承受能力。 业内人士表示，企业个性化要求高，限制了平台在细分领域的推广。对于从事数字化改造、智能工厂建设等领域的服务商来说，在承接企业数字化改造过程中，不仅不同行业有不同的改造路径，甚至同行业不同企业的改造方案也无法完全复制，更多需要“个性化定制”，服务商很难满足实际改造需求。 软硬件存技术短板标准缺失难以互联互通 我国工业互联网的基础技术受制于人。企业搭建工业互联网，首先要实现生产设备互联互通，但工业设备通信协议、厂商软件系统复杂繁多，特别是国外设备的协议端口、软件系统基本不对我国企业开放，目前还没有一款标准产品能够解决协议互通、软件集成问题。 国外企业对自动化机床、工业机器人等先进制造设备，存在事实上的技术垄断，且不同企业生产的设备普遍存在协议不互通、系统不兼容问题，造成工业设备网络化改造成本高、难度大。 不止硬件存短板，工业软件也亟需突围。工业互联网平台虽然有基础的共性技术，而针对“千行千面”的特色技术需要花费大量成本去和企业以及行业专家协同，同时工业软件被掣肘，缺少自研而且有竞争力的普适性与轻量化部署的SaaS产品以及数据价值挖掘应用等。 从数据采集应用看，目前云边协同技术还不成熟，产生的数据量大，衍生出查询性能低、存储成本高等问题，如何看懂数据背后的特殊意义、构建机理模型，是工业企业和工业互联网平台共同面临的难题。 此外，工业互联网发展没有解决标准化的问题，平台与平台之间互不兼容、难以协同，导致各方相对孤立，数据无法融通，形不成完整体系。
