　　华为全联接大会于2021在9月25日正式举行，而大会上也是正式发布了操作系统openEuler欧拉。 华为副总裁、计算产品线总裁邓泰华在会上表示，目前操作系统碎片化，导致数字基础设施产生大量“软烟囱”，存在生态割裂、重复开发、协同繁琐的问题。 据悉，欧拉将定位为数字基础设施开源系统，覆盖全场景应用，支持服务器，云计算，边缘计算，嵌入式多样性设备。 此外，OpenEuler与OpenHarmony将能力共享、生态互通。目前两个操作系统的内核技术已经共享，未来还将在安全OS，编程语言，设备驱动框架，分布式软总线方面能力共享。 在生态方面，将实现应用生态、设备生态、开发者生态、高校生态上的互通。 此次华为宣布正式发布欧拉开源操作系统全场景版本；2022年3月，还将发布LTS版本，实现全场景融合。 华为未来将重点打造两个操作系统：鸿蒙，欧拉，同时都进行开源。鸿蒙应用于智能终端、物联网终端、工业终端；欧拉应用于服务器、边缘计算、云基础设施。两个操作系统可以覆盖各种场景，以解决国内缺芯少魂的现状。 邓泰华透露，截至目前，已有超过6000名开发者和100多家企业、高校、组织和机构加入欧拉开源社区，包含从处理器、整机、操作系统发行版厂商、到行业应用等全产业链，十多家主流操作系统企业发行基于欧拉的商业版本。 此次欧拉的全新发布也将吸引更多云、边缘、嵌入式领域伙伴加入社区，共同加速欧拉在数字基础设施全领域的广泛应用。 徐直军在接受采访时表示，欧拉并不是一个新产品，早在2019年就发布了。最近对欧拉重新定位，原先是服务鲲鹏，现在定位为未来的数字基础设施操作系统，不只是服务鲲鹏服务器，也能支持X86服务器、边缘计算、云基础设施，也能有一个分支版本支持嵌入式设备。
