　　工业和信息化部党组书记、部长肖亚庆主持召开专题会议，分析研判当前工业经济运行形势，研究部署促进持续平稳增长工作。 会议指出，今年以来，工业和信息化系统深入贯彻落实重要指示精神和、决策部署，扎扎实实抓好促进工业经济平稳增长、推动制造业高质量发展系列政策措施的落实，工业生产、投资呈现稳定态势，出口保持较快增长，高技术制造业和装备制造业增势良好，工业经济恢复态势十分明显，为实现一季度平稳接续奠定了坚实基础。 会议强调，当前工业经济运行面临新的不稳定不确定因素，困难挑战依然很大。全系统要深入贯彻落实中央经济工作会议精神和全国两会部署，抓住当前制造业向好态势，加大已出台减税降费、研发费用加计扣除等政策措施的落实力度，积极推出更多有利于稳增长的政策，慎重出台收缩性政策，确保工业经济运行在合理区间。坚定贯彻“两个毫不动摇”的重大方针，在发挥国有企业稳增长重要作用的同时，进一步支持民营制造业企业特别是中小企业创新发展，加大纾困培优力度，千方百计帮助企业解决实际困难，提升“专精特新”发展水平。落实对外开放的各项政策举措，支持外资企业加大中制造业投资。健全公正公开透明的平台企业治理规则，加强标准制定，推动业务和数据互联互通，引导平台企业公平竞争、创新发展，更好赋能制造业转型升级。 会议要求，要密切跟踪国际形势、走势等对工业经济的影响，加强跨地区跨部门协调，切实保障重点产业链稳定运行。围绕扩大制造业有效投资，加快实施“十四五”规划重大工程，大力推进5G、工业互联网等新型基础设施建设应用，启动一批制造业创新中心、产业基础再造、数字化绿色化改造项目，培育发展先进制造业集群。进一步扩大新能源汽车、智能家电等工业品消费，壮大绿色消费、数字消费。加快推进电子证照，提升企业便利度。加强产业政策与政策协调配合，深化产融合作，支持制造业企业成长壮大，鼓励更多符合条件的企业上市，为资本市场引入更多源头活水。
