　　日前，以色列研究人员在期刊上登载，他们利用3D生物打印技术将两组富含植物蛋白的混合物创建可定制的、可被3D打印的支架，用于人造肉组织培养。“培养肉”产业旨在利用组织工程技术培养可供食用的人造肉组织，以解决全球日益增长的肉制品需求及其造成的环境压力。简单来讲，这种靠3D生物打印技术所创造出来的“培养肉”就是一种可食用的肉制品。

　　那么，3D打印的食物到底能不能吃呢？其实，3D打印食品的工作方式很像用常规的FDM塑料3D打印机打印丝材一样，3D打印食品技术通过利用计算机的三维建模技术对要打印的食物逐步进行程序设计和平面分解，随即使用3D食品打印机按照原先所设置好的运动方式挤出食物原材料，从而实现“逐层打印、堆叠成型”的目的。不过，3D食品打印机是无法烹饪食材的，其主要就是拿来构建复杂的形状和设计。
