　　企业家是的硬驱动力，是轮到企业家发力的时候了我在《未来商业模式》一书中说过，也常在很多场合讲，企业家是的商业模式，这似乎是一个不准确的表述，但我用这种方式表达了企业家在企业中无可比拟的重要性。政治经济学家熊彼特在1912年出版的经典著作《经济发展理论》一书中指出，企业家就是“经济发展的带头人”，也是能够“实现生产要素的重新组合”的创新者。熊彼特将企业家视为创新的主体，其作用在于创造性地破坏市场的均衡（他称之为“创造性破坏”）。他认为，动态失衡是健康经济的“常态”（而非古典经济学家所主张的均衡和资源的配置），而企业家正是这一创新过程的组织者和始作俑者。通过创造性地打破市场均衡，才会出现企业家获取超额利润的机会。 熊彼特突出企业家的创新性，但是他认定企业家是一种很不稳定的状态。他认为,一个人由于“实现新的组合”而成为企业家，“而当他一旦建立起企业，并像其他人一样开始经营这个企业时，这一特征就马上消失”。因此，企业家是一种稍纵即逝的状态。按照他的定义，一个人在他几十年的活动生涯中不可能总是企业家，除非他不断“实现新的组合”，即：不断创新。简言之，创新是判断企业家的标准。企业家在危机时最显重要。试想没有乔布斯怎会有划时代的苹果，没有马云怎会有阿里巴巴，没有任正非怎会有华为，没有马斯克怎会有特斯拉，没有雷军怎会有小米等等，所以强调企业家是最重要的商业模式，是商业模式的推动力一点也不为过，而没有创新的企业家也无法持续成为企业家，因为没有持续创新的企业一定会被创新的企业干掉。 企业家的持续进化就是企业成长的关键。 所以企业家在我对商业模式的系统性框架里，企业家不仅是基石，也是塔尖的明珠。所以熊彼特把企业家与企业家的创新归结为经济发展的基石，我认为企业家则是的商业模式，不仅如此，在新的时代，我认为企业家、科学家与，是构成国家发展与稳定的三大硬支柱。
