Honeywell Zephyr? Digital Airflow Sensors: HAF Series (High Accuracy) provide high sensitivity and accuracy (2.5%) for very precise measurements of airflow (or absence of airflow) and other non-corrosive gases in medical and industrial applications. The HAF Series Sensors feature high stability to reduce errors due to thermal effects and null shift to provide accurate readings over time. The high stability often eliminates the need for system calibration after PCB mounting and periodically again over time.
