接触式继电器(contactor relay)与电磁继电器工作原理是相同的。区别在于:电磁式继电器接通控制线路,电流小,无灭弧。接触器接通用电设备,电流大有灭弧装置。接触式继电器就是用于接通控制回路,但触点采用了灭弧罩等类似接触器的技术,所以叫接触器式继电器。
特点
1.具有浪涌抑制器,使用本产品不需外加过电压吸收装置,已达到EMC要求;
2.宽电压可靠工作,线圈工作电压在70%~130%Us范围可靠工作;
3.线圈功耗比传统产品低10-15倍,线圈不易烧坏;
4.触头不易粘焊;
5.铁芯无噪声;
6.允许工作环境温度-25℃~+70℃;
7.宽电压工作节能模块为容性负载,功率因数0.09(超前)对电网具有无功补偿。
