ZSC-C型面巾纸机采用PIC电脑编程技术，变频调速，及配置有触摸式人机界面操作系统，自主研发了远程通讯服务系统，可随时监控机械的运作情况；整机来用独立传动，设备适合多种原纸的需要，极大地提高了品质和效率。
主要特点
1、配置气动式钢对钢压花，气动式分离；
2、退纸架采用气动上纸、无级调节速比，调整不同纸质张力；
3、采用罗茨真空泵吸附系统，吸气量大，运行稳定；
4、可根据需要折叠不同宽度的成品，可选用点切或全切；
5、配置钢对钢压纹装置，确保双层面巾纸不分层；
6、可根据需要配置原纸对齐功能；
7、断纸自动停机系统，避免无纸或断纸产生废品；
8、采用前后点动开关牵引原纸，操作更简便、更安全；
ZSC-C Facial Folder adopt advanced PLC programmable control technology,
variable speed adjustment and touch button multi-menu type LCD screen operation control
panel. And we independently developed long-distance communication service system.lt
can detect the machine running at any time. The whole machine adopts timing belt driving,
steeples speed adjustment. It's make the machines can fit more requirements of kinds of
raw material. lt's improve the quality and speed.
Main features:
1. Equipped with steel to steel or steel to rubber embossing roller, pneumatically separating.
2. Pneumatic jumbo roll loading, pneumatic paper driving, steeples speed additionment, and web tension control.
3. Equipped with Roots Type vacuum pump for stable running of the machine.
4. Pneumatic dot slitting and full slitting are available to make various products width.
5. Equipped with edge embossing unit to keep the plies together
6. Jumbo roll guiding system available.
7. The machine will stop when the paper broken. It avoid waste caused by no paper or paper broken.
8. The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons, It's more safety and easier to thread the web.
