组成部分：该机械是由放卷、上胶、烘箱、电加热复合、切边、远红外线、自动对边、牵引、收卷。
用途：用于纺织品、无纺制品、针织面料、呢料、纺织面料等。
特性：采用胶点转移技术，将胶水均匀地转移到里布上，或薄膜上，然后与面布进行复合，复合的面料具有防水透湿功能。
变频器：台湾变频器、电动功率3kw、复合辊筒是台湾变频器5.5kw、电加热或油加热复合辊筒，一般都是用电加热（油加热市场很少）。
复合辊筒：一般长度1.85米，直径1.2米，1.5米的长是1.85米用于服装面料，尺寸一般都可以，一般性的服装细料都在1.6米以下，通常复合辊都要比面料宽于布料10公分左右，其它面料可能宽度大于2米以上，如装饰材料、床上用品、地毯等面料都是1.8-2.6米宽度，因此面料宽上胶辊就宽，复合也宽。
直径是1.2米加热辊，加热管24根，每根1.5kw，共36kw，分3组装置，每组12kw，也就是说用户可以用36kw，3组全部打开只需要15分钟，复合辊筒温度150℃-180℃之间就可以复合布料，防水透气膜复合温度在150℃左右，如果用户电不能使用36kw，那就打开1组，根据用户电的情况来定，只要是直径1.2米，长1.8-3米之间，电热管数量都是24根36kw。
直径是1.5米复合辊筒，加热管30支，每支15kw，共45kw，同样的辊筒长度1.8-2.6米之间，电热管数量功率都不变。
复合滚筒壁厚1.2毫米，表面涂上美国度邦公司的特氟龙，特氟龙保护复合布料，同时防止胶水，需要到上面轻轻一擦就干净，辊筒上配有4根橡胶辊、气缸调节，自动分离。
在放料架上有对边器，后进上胶辊，上胶辊直径为240毫米
