产品用途： 本热熔胶主要用于、精装书、画册、说明书、标书、杂志等胶装专用背胶。
合适以下机械胶装：单头直线机（1个书夹）、圆盘机（4-5-7-8-10个书夹）、椭圆机（3-4-6-8个书夹）、胶装龙（15个书夹以下），生产每小时在4000本以下。
合适以下纸张胶装：书写纸50-100克；双胶纸 60-120克, 铜版纸80-157克。

注意事项
（1） 胶的使用温度一般控制在150~170℃（熔胶槽的实际温度），仪表盘显示温度与实际温度可能有偏差，请做好温度调整避免出现长时间高温（超过180℃）下加热，影响胶水的质量；
（2） 随装订车间温度变化，胶的流动性、固化时间也随之变化，请及时调整熔胶槽的温度和胶装机的装订速度；
（3） 定期清理熔胶槽的残胶及外带入的杂质，防止因局部过热而引起胶的老化、结焦，影响胶的装订质量；
（4） 不宜与其他厂家的胶种混用，以免发生质量事故；
（5） 尽量使用当期生产的胶，避免跨季使用本胶种，尤其避免冬胶夏用或夏胶冬用的情况。
