　　卧式真空滚揉机采用卧式、固定支架，结构紧凑。适用于西式香肠、火腿、培根、烤肉以及传统中式禽类、酱卤类、休闲类肉食品的腌制加工。

　　1、具有连续真空功能。可以选择真空滚揉机（固定真空度）和呼吸滚揉（真空常压交替变化）两种情况：配备真空表实时显示滚揉桶内真空度。

　　2、客户可以选配采用变频无级调速，速度范围1-7转;可以选择好的加工工艺，提高生产效率；节约能耗；启动平稳，降低机器启动时的冲击，延长设备使用寿命。选择低速功能适用多种滚揉易变形产品，特别是禽类和渔产品。

　　3、完善的加料和卸料解决方案。真空吸料口可兼作辅料添加口。

　　4、高标准的卫生设计。整机采用SUS304质量好的不锈钢材料；滚揉桶内部精细抛光，无卫生死角，卸料装置能彻底排水。
