产品描述:玖城牌涂装高温链条油ht系列是专为汽车制造和金属涂装业的输送链条和开放式链轮轴承的润滑而研发的高性能链条油，ht系列适用于阴极电泳漆（e-coat）、涂装、高温烘烤和固化的应用。ht系列由低挥发性、高热氧化安定性和热稳定性的特殊基础油和添加剂严格调配而成，具备极高的粘度指数和优异的润滑性能，其精心选择的添加剂系统进一步增加ht系列在高温和变化负载下的承载能力，确保其有较长的抗老化性和长寿命。ht系列在高温下会较缓慢的挥发，而不是象普通合成高温链条油样在高温下形成积碳，避免了对涂装和制成品的污染，减少了着火的危险。
与阴极电泳涂装工艺以及所用的水性漆和涂装相容，减少和/或避免了漆装件表“鱼眼”现象和表面的缺陷，增加了成品率。
