　　沼气的产生主要是通过厌氧消化,而厌氧消化是利用无氧环境下生长于污水、污泥中的厌氧菌菌群的作用,使有机物经液化、气化而分解成沼气。生成的沼气中含有微量的水分和二氧化硫等腐蚀性介质,这些有害成分会对输气管道和沼气发电机组配件产生腐蚀,影响发电机组的正常运行和使用寿命。为了除去沼气中的水分和二氧化硫,可在进气管道上安装干式脱硫塔,脱硫剂为铁屑，或者湿式脱硫塔，脱硫剂为浓度30%的氢氧化钠碱液。另外,还要在进气管道上安装过滤除尘、除湿、除油装置。

In order to remove the moisture and sulfur dioxide in the biogas, a dry desulphurizing tower can be installed on the intake pipe. The desulfurizer is iron and wet desulphurization tower, and the desulfurizer is 30% sodium hydroxide. In addition, filter dedusting, dehumidification and deoiling devices should be installed on the intake pipes.
