　　我国低压供电线路的三相电线电压为380V，而相电压对地（中性线，也称零线）为220V。

　　The three-phase wire voltage of our country's low voltage power supply line is 380V, while the phase voltage to ground (neutral line, also called zero line) is 220V.

　　使用相电压供电时，如果缺零线，可以将设备的接地线作为零线使用，但要保证接地良好（一般工厂除三相四线制供电外，设备都设有接地线）。不论N线还是PE线，在用户侧都要采用重复接地，以提高可靠性。但是，重复接地只是重复接地，它只能在接地点或靠近接地的位置接到一起，但绝不表明可以在任意位置特别是户内可以接到一起。[3]

　　以上线路，A、B、C之间任意2根间的电压为交流380V，即A-B、B-C、C-A之间均为380V；以上线路，A、B、C之中任意1根与N之间的电压为220V，即A-N、B-N、C-N之间均为220V。由此可以分析：
