1、印刷机排风系统对枯燥的影响

(1)、溶剂型油墨当中的混合溶剂所影响的挥发速度直接决议着油墨的枯燥性能，混合溶剂中的不同组合所挥发的速度也会不一样。经过一些混合溶剂产生的不同溶剂，不同比例的溶剂等，能够便当的更改油墨的溶剂挥发速度，才能够改善枯燥的性能。

(2)、水性油墨的枯燥效果影响主要是跟PH值有关系。在任何状况都相同的状况之下，PH值越低，油墨的枯燥速度越快，反之油墨的枯燥速度会相对来说降低，一旦油墨的枯燥速度迟缓的状况下还容易呈现印刷制品反面蹭脏的现象。
