　　回转式洗罐器(马口铁)

　　Rotative type Can inside washer(For TP can)

　　正放的空罐经由左转盘送至输送胶带布上，罐靠胶布带底部带有磁性的导轨吸牢在胶布带上，随着胶布带的动转，空罐逐渐进入胶布带下边而 成倒立状，这时冲洗管上喷嘴喷出压力水喷进罐中且罐连续冲洗，随着胶布继续运转，罐进入风干段，无菌压缩空气从喷嘴喷入罐中，将空罐 中的粘附水吹干(如用蒸汽，则对罐中粘附水吹成汽雾挥发干，同时起到高温杀菌作用),接着被洗净的空罐随胶布带继续运转，送至胶布带 上边罐口朝上，再经出罐转速自动至输送链条上，由输送链送到罐装机进行罐装。
