TDN2系列一体化悬挂式点焊机
TDN2Series integration Suspension type spot welding Machine
性能特点:
1. 变压器与焊钳连为一体,铸造铝合金(ZL104)机身,具有重量轻,体积小、出力大、高效节能
2. 电极臂全部采用铬锆铜(CuCr1Zr),并加装了铝合金护套,保证了焊接性能的稳定性、焊机使用的寿命及电极臂的强度。同一种机型的电极臂可任意互换,做到一机多用。
3. 焊接变压器采用了U型铁芯,与其他公司的E型铁芯相比,降低了电磁涡流产生的耗损,保证了焊接质量。
4. 气动加压系统为我公司自行设计的大口径铝合金气缸筒,焊机出力更大(电极压力高),从而保证了焊点强度,特别是焊接中厚板时,效果更好。
5. 悬挂装置配合弹簧平衡器及相适应的轻便型滑轨滑车,可在X、Y、Z三维空间作上、下、左、右、前、后任意方向的移动和转动,操作极为轻便灵活,实现了全位置全方向的焊接操作。
