阻对焊机
TUN1Series Resistance Butt Welding Machine
特点：
1、电阻对焊机是将两工件端面始终压紧，利用电阻热将接触部分加热至塑性状态，然后迅速施加顶锻压力或不加顶锻压力只保持焊接压力，来完成焊接的方法。
2、与闪光对焊相比，电阻对焊操作简单，价格便宜，焊接效率高，焊接后接头光滑，毛刺小。
3、结构设计精巧，对精细不一的工件焊接容易调整,专用的对焊机控制电路，确保焊接质量。
4、主要用于对焊截面积小于250mm的金属型材，如铁线、板料、管材等。
MainPrinciple:
1、AC Resistance Butt Welding is the welding method that the endsurfaces of two parts are pressed tightly,and the resistance heat is used toheat up the surfaces to the plasticized status,then the upsetting force quicklypress them together more tight again or without applying the upsetting forcepressure,just only hold on the welding pressure to complete the welding.
2、Compared to Flash Butt Welding,Resistance Welding is much easily tofor worker use and operate,the cost is much lower,welding productivity is alsohigher,The welded joint is smooth.and the welding burrs are small
3、The structure is designed compactly which is very easily to beadjusted to weld different parts. The special butt welding control circuitsensure the welding quality.
4、Mainly used for butt welding various metal material with weldingsection area less than250mm,suchas iron,wires,pipes,etc.
