　　特点和用途：

　　龙门丝网焊机有4种送料形式可供选择：

　　1、 手动送料型：人工将工件放入模内，启动焊机依次焊接一排，再手动推进到下一排自动焊接，直到整个工件焊接完成。

　　2、 半自动送料型：人工摆好工件，送料伺服自动送料，到位后自动焊接一排，再自动行走到下排，自动焊接，直到整个工件焊接完成后，工件再自动返回或从后方退出，只需人工取料即可。

　　3、 自动双模送料型:采用双层式或前后双模式自动送料焊接装置，利用先进的PLC和人机交互界面控制伺服驱动系统来进行全自动送料和自动焊接。两套自动送料装置，一套装置在焊接的同时，另一套人工摆放工件，两套自动送料模交替进行，机器可连续不间断工作，有效提高了生产效率，节省了人工成本。

　　4、 横线自动落料自动焊接步进型：装有自动落料装置，横线放进料斗,自动落料，纵线自动按距离步进到位，自动焊接一排，依次循环，直至整个网片焊接完成

　　应用领域：

　　各种防护栏网、五金网片、超市货架、各种鸟笼鸽笼、网架、建筑用脚踏网、冰箱空调冷凝器网片、拉篮网及各种冰箱网片类的焊接。

　　Features and application:

　　1. Manualfeeding type:Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold,start the weldingmachine and welding a row in turn,then manual push mold to next row forautomatic welding until finish a complete mesh.

　　2. Semiautomatic feedingtype:Manual place the precutwires into mesh mold,automatic step feeding to welding position and welding arow automatically,then automatic draw the mesh mold to next welding positionand automatic welding until to finish a complete mesh,then mesh mold automaticback to origin and get out the mesh.

　　3. Automaticdouble mold feeding type:Adopted double layers type or tandem type automaticwelding fixtures,and combined advanced PLC,human machine interface andprecision servo motor driven system to obtain the continuous feeding andwelding automatically.Machine included double mold for alternating welding,ifone performed welding,then another can be placed wires at same themachine can continues working to improve production efficiency

　　4. Fullautomatic feeding type:Equipped automatic hopper for cross wire feeding,linewire automatic feeding as setting length through automatic mesh drawing system.
