　　德国宝德8626 型质量流量控制器 (MFC) 适用于大量气体的质量流量调控。直接位于气流中的 Inline 热传感器能够达到非常快的响应速度。一个直动式 Bürkert 比例阀作为执行元件，确保了良好的响应灵敏度。集成 PI 控制器，令 MFC 具备的控制特性。8626 型设备可以针对两种不同的气体进行校准，用户可以在两者之间进行切换。德国宝德气体质量控制流量计作为电气接口，既提供模拟标准信号，也提供现场总线。由于耐抗污染且 IP 防护等级高，因此，8626 型质量流量控制器特别适合严酷环境中的应用。 质量流量控制器应用广泛，包括燃烧器控制、热处理、冶金、食品行业、环境技术、材料涂层、燃料电池技术和试验台等。

　　Flow measurement equipment with display / - transmitter / - threshold detector can be used to measure pure, neutral or corrosive liquids. The valve can be triggered directly through the switch output end, so as to configure a simple 2-point control circuit in a monitoring system. It can be operated directly through the three switch keys on the display. Compact specification 8032 (transmitter Se32 + sensor accessories s030) can be configured without switching output device (transistor or relay) or a current value output device between 4... 20mA. The split specification (transmitter Se32) has a custom configurable transistor output. The compact transmitter can be installed on the inline sensor accessory through a snap without opening the pipeline.
